Horrible Customer Service- The website made it look like the product was sold in singles, and others like it sold in pairs. I ordered two and got two pairs. My mistake I should have guessed they were sold in pairs, just like the others. I can't chat, it just refers me to articles, tried to call and their system would not recognize the tone of my phone when I tried to select "Returns". So I sent and email and was told they will deduct shipping from my order when they receive it, but did not explain how I was to return the item. No RMA, no Authorization Number, no return address. So if I pay to ship it back, I get charged twice? Just poor customer service. My advice is to go to better companies with a higher quality merchandise.
