Dropped about $300 for 5 slam balls that were supposedly "available" on their site. After I paid, I got an email stating they were backordered and it would be about a month. Ok...fine. I waited a month only to see the available date change. Another couple of weeks. Finally, the items started to ship. One by one...and nothing seemed to make sense. Some arrived by UPS, and then the last one is being shipped by FEDEX. The FEDEX shipment is taking two weeks!! Why? The only explanation is that Titan chose the cheap "snail mail" option. That's not very good customer service when you're already screwing the customer over on the "available" status.
