a good service from start to finish, Simon came first, spent a considerable amount of time telling us how it would all work etc and where it would go for our best advantage, then lots contact via phone and email till installation day. The 2 fitters, Jack and Matt, came on time and did a great job, explaining what they were doing as they went. Even the hiccup at the end where it wouldn't connect to our wifi was dealt with quickly by them and David. Simon and David have both been in touch since installation to check everything is ok, and all paperwork etc has been sent to us for warranty etc. A good job all round
