I have had previous experiences with other meditation techniques, but neither felt successful nor benefitted by them, over time. In learning TM I felt the benefits immediately, and can already see that it is a valuable (and relatively easy) part of my daily routine. I have already experienced joy replacing depression, and look forward to seeing the impact on my blood pressure over time.
