I'm so grateful that I made the decision and commitment to learn this technique! It's become a vital part of my day and I'm sleeping much better, feeling more centered, and approaching life more calmly and clearly. I feel as though I am allowing a natural mental detox program to run freely within me. I give the practice 20 minutes of my time, twice a day, and I receive numerous, priceless benefits in return.
