While still only two weeks out of my TM training, I am astounded with the clarity of my mind and speech and ecstatic with my happiness level. There is a definite "buffer" between me and upsets/stressors that makes me so much more effective in my workday.
I am loathed to give up my mindfulness meditation practice in favor of TM, so I make my TM first priority (2x daily), and still enjoy my other meditation in the morning, AFTER TM.
While I expect maybe some of the euphoria to tame down over time, there is no doubt that adding TM to my routine has given me the very benefits I most wanted for myself. I will be curious to see after six months or so if there are some medical benefits in terms of reduced blood pressure, etc.
