Although I’m happy to have learned the technique, I don’t believe I received $1000 worth of instruction listening to a PAINFULLY repetitive app for 3 days and doing 10 minute Zoom meditations with my teacher. I felt like everything could have been condensed to an hour or two max. of learning. The high price of the program and all the secrecy comes off as a bit cultish.
