I have practiced meditation for several years, but felt there was always something more out there -- that I was missing a step. I occasionally reached a transcendent moment, but those moments were few and far between. I'm now about a week and a half into a daily TM practice. I've had my challenges but my TM coach was great at guiding me through and making me comfortable with my progress. And progress is happening! Not only is my meditation practice more effective and satisfying, but as each day passes I find myself becoming more focused, more in the moment. Thanks to TM, I am experiencing a much brighter outlook as I walk through my day.
