Our instructor, Randy, was incredible. He took all my doubts away that I wasn't doing the technique" right. I thoroughly recommend learning one on one if possible. The insight and conversations/interaction are invaluable in learning the technique and building the confidence that you can do this. After trying countless ways to meditate over the course of many many years I am finally doing it! I couldnt be happoer with my TM experience!
