I'm 74 years old. I just finished the TM course, 10 days ago. Today is absolutely 1 of the top 10 best days of my life, and I've had literally thousands of them over the last 2 decades. I make a practice of not telling or even suggesting what others should do, but please THINK about it. My thanks to the world's TM community.
