Must say I was somewhat apprehensive --- but after speaking to Marty Caplan, my TM teacher for probably 2 hours on the phone and then going to him for my one-on-one first class, he made me feel comfortable and confident that this would be the thing for me to pursue. My next 3 classes with 5 other students were really fulfilling. Their feelings and insights on TM helped me. One man verbalized everything that was going through my mind. Thankful for that! One definition of a personal mantra is: "to provide motivation & inspire you to focus your mind to achieve a goal" That was Marty Caplan --- he did inspire and he was right---- I get it now Marty ----- TM is easy !!!
