A couple of friends highly recommended Transcendental Meditation to me because it has been life-changing for them (significantly reducing anxiety for one of them; increasing creativity for the other so that he finally wrote 2 books that he had been procrastinating for over a decade), and also because they said it is easy to practice. I took the course a few weeks ago and have been practicing daily since. My goal is to reduce my anxiety, and I feel it is doing that, and it's also helping me feel more grounded. And it is gentle and easy. Thanks!
