This technique is quickly becoming a cornerstone in my life. Through TM I remind myself twice a day that I am significant enough to pause and connect with and that by doing so, I deepen my connection to others. I find peace in the space between the waking and sleep state. I feel comfortable and at ease, even in times of uncertainty and upheaval. It doesn’t fix everything, it just helps me be more comfortable as I move through the process of being human.
