I am so grateful for TM and all of the blessings it has bestowed upon me. For much of my life, I was a slave to my own negative thoughts. I have tried everything from psychotherapy, CBT, and countless prescriptions manufactured to alter the mental state, not treat it. After just two weeks, TM has brought much peace to my life.
