I think the video quality was poor. The checking in could have been a bit more intriguing. John was good but over all the experience was lacking something for me. I hope my practice continues to bloom with time. I will say the money that’s mixed with spirituality is a turn off for me but I do understand the need. Also offering advanced techniques for additional money feel off to me. My vipassna training was 10 days room and board, amazing food and a lifetime of being able to volunteer at any site around the world. This seems to be a much better model for spiritual techniques. Just my 2 cents. Thank you.
