After a week of regular practice 2x/day, I have experienced the following changes:
- improved memory
- an inclination to be more present, especially in conversation with others
- little to no stress/anxiety in a few situations that historically have caused this (business meetings, negotiation, etc.)
- deeper sleep (and some wild dreams)
- a disposition of gratitude and contentment… especially heightened in the 1-2hrs following a meditation
Overall very pleased and excited to continue to develop.
