I got off to a rocky start with getting the morning meditation routine nailed down but I've gotten into the habit of doing it first thing when I wake up before getting ready for work.
The sessions have been going really well but for some reason, during the evening meditation especially, I start to get itchy around my neck area, when I wasn't itchy at all throughout the day prior. I hope it's part of stress release because it's really irritating when it happens and only while meditating! Other than that, I'm enjoying it.
