I've enjoyed the technique. I have appreciated my teacher and her support.
I'd have given 5 stars but am annoyed with constantly being asked "was it easy?" ... the constant repetition of the exact same question through talks, checks, and the app seems unnecessarily redundant. Perhaps switch it out ... there are nuances of the underlying concern no doubt.
All in all grateful for the opportunity to learn and am grateful for my deepening TM practice. Thanks so much
