I have found that the technique is simple to learn and my teacher to be very supportive and easy to access. While I am only a few weeks into my practice of TM, I am finding that it provides me with a general feeling of 'wellness' through the better part of my day, as well as refreshing my body after periods of physical labor. I am very glad that I have taken the introductory lessons and learned the technique.
