I had the fortune of being instructed and guided by an excellent teacher in Mike of Providence RI. I've found for the first time in my life a practice that truly works. I'm happy to say, Transcendental Meditation is currently serving me quite well. My only regret is that I wish I had taken up the practice of TM many years earlier.
