I feel a difference in my overall mental clarity. If nothing, the moment to myself is great. I truly believe in the benefits of this amazing practice. I find peace, patience, and self-love the more I do it. It helped me slow down and be more aware of my surroundings and the people I care about. I am more in tune. It has also helped me I believe with my fitness journey. I have a more intrinsic motivation to make the best decisions for myself.
