The Transcendental Meditation technique as instructed to me by my teacher and via the TM App has been a wonderful addition to my life. I am already experiencing positive change in my life and worldview. My response to and navigation of potential stress in my life has become noticeably measured and thoughtful. Such events are quickly placed in the context of reason. In any challenges related to my personal life and work life, I find myself guiding others towards less stressful responses and outcomes to seemingly (and I stress seemingly) stressful challenges. Integrating my TM practice into the schedules of my home and work life has been the only consideration I have yet to fully iron out. But through it all, I am finding the windows of time to meditate twice daily. I am maintaining my daily practice and taking it as it comes.
