I'm very pleased with my Transcendental Medication learning experience. Both the in-person and the at-home app training were very professionally executed. I feel like I have a firm grasp of the material presented and I will be successful at TM for many years to come. I'm already enjoying the benefits of a calmer demeanor in day-to-day interactions.
