My daughter and I took the course together. We liked it so much that my wife and son are signed up for a course next month. The TM technique has been extremely beneficial. I can't wait to see the results after prolonged practice. Our instructor, Dr. Frank DiChiara, was an amazing mentor. I highly recommend taking the class under his guidance if you live in the Naples/Marco Island/Ft. Myers area.
