I'm new to TM and so I feel kind of silly giving a review of it at this time. I started almost two weeks ago. My practice is far from perfect, but I continue to meditate twice a day. So, far I do feel that I have more energy and like something in my brain is changing. I am sleeping better. I feel much more motivated to get things done. I find that my interest in watching things on television has diminished and that I am much more interested in reading and writing now. These are all very positive things for me. I look forward to reevaluating my practice in a month, 6 months and a year.
