I was surprised how easy and effective TM is. My certified teacher, Penny Hintz, has over 50 years experience teaching TM. It’s only been 10 days and I already find that my anxiety level has come down. Friends and family have noticed a difference in me. I highly recommend TM. It's made a big difference in my life.
