I love this technique and am experiencing positive results. I find I am able to listen better in conversations instead of zoning out or getting distracted. I do feel a bit detached from situations and very neutral emotionally. I’m not sure if that’s normal or desired. I’d like to see how the next few weeks go in terms of depression symptoms and contentment.
