It has been an excellent process, the refinement of how it is shared with personal attention is exceptional. This applies to the initial person I spoke with, the emails to set up appointments, the instruction from my TM coach, to the experience with the app. It has all been clear, ‘patient’, Snd understandable. I am incredibley grateful as I see how it is helping with my chronic nocternal headaches that had disabled my life. I choose to begin the TM practice vs accept yet another medication from my neurologist. While new, as I go forward with TM, I feel my goal of retracting medications with my Doctor possible. Excited to keep progressing with this practice.
