I am thrilled with TM and am enjoying slowly developing my meditating skills. I also cannot praise the TM Center is Providence, RI enough. Mike & Marcia do an incredibly job at teaching TM and supporting everyone who comes to their center - I believe both have been meditating for approximately 40 years, and their wonderful personalities, intelligence, compassion & sense of humor are perhaps the best indicator of all of how transformation-al TM is. The TM technique is easy.
