It is logically sequenced. It offers a community of fellow meditators, and there is research to support its outcomes. I’ve tried many other forms as breath work that paraded as meditation, but TM is the true practice.
I’m very grateful for enrolling in the training and adding this twice-daily practice to my life. I’m a calmer, less fretful person who is living each day more joyfully and peacefully.
