The technique is simple & effortless. I feel like I can do it anywhere and no need for anything other than a quiet place to sit and close your eyes for 20 minutes. I can’t really explain why it works, just that it does. I never want to miss an opportunity to meditate and I find myself making sure that I don’t miss either of my 20 minute sessions. I always feel rested, creative, and tremendously focused afterwards.
