It’s the biggest difference maker I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve been practicing just a little over two months, and every day is better than the last. My attitude is better about everything, I handle situations with more grace, my overall mood from today to today is better than its ever been, and those around me notice it as well. I’ve already made plans to eventually become a teacher myself. TM is easily the best and easiest meditation I have ever tried, and I cant recommend it enough.
