Through TM, I havelearn how to be a passive observer about my thoughts. Before TM, I have struggled to understand how to be present and watch thoughts scroll by like a film. I understood the theoretical benefits and could not figure out how to practice it. Now I am able to step out of way from my thoughts, which are no longer a negative, and drop to a state of mental pleasure.
