Carol Moorhead is a kind soul with an excellent disposition of character. Her gently loving voice explains all questions, and no questions are avoided. Carol is very consistent in each session leading correctly into mantra, and explaining process very well. Personally, have huge family issues, Carol took a few moments after class, and projected the positive to me. This has lead me to enjoy and look forward to my meditations daily, Being disabled, your group gave me a financially needed break. Somehow, this whole process was to fit into my life at the right time.
