Natasha and Jesse at the TM center in Los Feliz were amazing instructors. They clearly communicated the benefits, uses and practices of TM, and they were great hosts to the group I learned the technique with.
I greatly enjoyed my time in the course and am happy I signed up. I intend to continue practicing the technique and drop into centers when I can.
