I was pretty skeptical. And when I found it was a twice daily practice, I almost didn’t do it. I have tried mindfulness and other forms of meditation over the years, and never stuck to it...even with Apps and unlimited classes.
I am on my 11th day straight of TM with twice a day meditation....and I think it’s saving my life. I am calmer, more focused, and I felt joy for the first time in many months.
Dramatic? Yes, but true!
