If you are considering learning TM, do not hesitate. There is a reason for the way teaching is done, for going to a certified teacher and paying a fee. Trust the process! The more you need TM, the more it will change and open up your world. Learning and practicing TM is one of the best things I have done for myself. I wish I had learned this much earlier in life!
