I had no idea what to expect of the 4 day TM course. The only thing that I was sure of was that I felt ready to make a commitment to developing a meditation practice. I was very happy with the TM program. Dave and Rita did an excellent job in communicating the benefits and science behind TM. I believe that I will have my TM practice forever.
