I finished my 4 consecutive days course about 10 days ago and I'm really satisfied with what I learned so far. I saw some significant results just after the second session and for me, it was like a miracle! The technique really helps to stress out and feel relieved and relaxed. For me, I feel like more energetic and I became more active just from the second session and I really like this new version of mine, since I haven't been much active and I was suffering from having a low level of energy lately!
I really recommend this course to everyone! even if you think you are okay but still there is a lot of stress piled up in your body which you've been never aware of them.
