It would be nice to have more than four meetings for the price that I paid. Maybe the long-term effects will justify it. It's just a struggle with all the thoughts to maintain what I think I was taught. It's probably too early for me to comment. I will start going to some of the support of groups and see if that changes my feedback/comments.
