The information was repetitive and they used the exact same language over and over. But that is how it sticks and I can hear Diana and Jeff's voices in my head about what is ok. They have advice and answers for literally every question someone could possibly dream of. Learning something new is challenging. I would like to learn what to do if you are interrupted and cannot get back to meditation.
