My wife and in-laws are all meditators and introduced me to the practice. I am very happy to have made this step and learned how to meditate! Kathy and Dave are wonderful knowledgable teachers. Their experience and scientific support on the practice they taught us in detail helped me understand and appreciate this daily practice. I highly recommend TM, and especially the Grand Central TM center in NYC.
