Ive only been practicing for a week but I feel TM is an amazing took I plan to use the rest of my life! Ive already seen improvements in certain areas of my life and cant wait to see what more practice will bring. Also the teachers were amazing and enjoyed going to the classes! Would recommend it to anyone!
