I am so thankful to have found Transcendental Meditation in Boca Raton. For years I have been trying to meditate consistently but I never felt I was doing it right and eventually gave up until I found TM in Boca. The way I was taught made it effortless and I could do no wrong and it has become a twice a day practice that I can't believe how much I look forward to. Kent and Ondine were the best instructors, knowledgable, patient, kind and so welcoming no matter what your level of understanding was. I highly recommend to anyone looking to practice meditation, you won't regret it.
