Hello~I can't say enough about the TM technique and I'm so happy to have made the decision to get the training. I've been an imperfect meditator for over 2 decades and can say unequivocally that TM is different. I feel fortunate to have landed with my teacher, Laurina Carroll, and for the genius and generosity of spirit of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and all of his followers, then and now, who've made this practice available.
