I've been "practicing" meditation for years. But I've been missing out on a few vital components:
- I've never received personal instruction.
- I've never been directly connected to a community of meditators.
- I've haven't been previously exposed to Transcendental Meditation.
TM is a totally natural, very effective way to get to the root of stress and anxiety. I've already reaped benefits in only a week and a half. My inner self has been searching for this for years. Thank you to TM leaders and teachers for bringing this simple practice to anyone that wants to learn!
