Well, what can I say. It was a timely miracle. It is a timely miracle. I had an excellent teacher Jeanne Ball and have been meditating on the phone with Bob Roth every morning and evening. It feels like a very dramatic shift in less than two weeks. It is so amazing to have that kind of support immediately. The resources available seem to be great in terms of amount and quality. I had watched a David Lynch YouTube interview in lock down late March. Instinctively I knew I was looking at the door to the next right step for me. I just knew. It took a while to get connected with my teacher and I am so in credibly grateful. I feel calm and actually very hopeful. Jeanne was very thorough,considerate and kind. So far so very good.
