Worst app ever. The app prompt that payment failed and thus i make another booking. But end up the first booking actually went through!!! I had 2 bookings for the same day in the end. Asked for a refund and was rejected!!!
Talking to their customer service is totally waste of time too. They keep asking for verification when I am talking to them from my account using the app. and they take damn long to get back. by the time, they got back its like a day. Regret using this app and its my last time.
