I make booking for a day tour via traveloka, in the progress of booking the tour, I was not informed in anywhere that the booking made in traveloka is ONLY a voucher that I need to redeem it. I would need to call the tour agent to make the reservation for the tour on my own 5 days before.
how come Traveloka don't highlighted this at all in the page where ppl make the booking. only after the booking and the email sent then find out! what a squeaky way to do business and put up a false front and trick ppl.
