If I could give Traveloka a zero, I would. But that’s not possible.
I have never been so frustrated. I booked a room for my friend who was coming down to visit from Queensland.
I booked the room, then an hour later my friend said they wouldn’t be coming down for personal reasons. I immediately tried to cancel my booking which still had 3 weeks notice. All communication to the customer service was absolutely terrible. Their landlines were crackly making communication almost impossible.
I’m appalled.
